The Kircherhof farm is situated on the village square in Albes/Albeins, right next to the old St. Margaret Church. You don’t just spend any old farm holiday in South Tyrol here but an adventure-packed holiday together with a warm host family. You instantly sense how close the Noflatscher family sticks together and this is precisely where the strength and secret of an unforgettable stay at the Kircherhof farm in Albes/Albeins lie.

Every member of the family has their own job on the farm and restaurant. Dad Peter, Mum Veronika and the children Thomas, Verena, Maria and Barbara carry out their work with a great deal of passion and guests feel welcome here straight away. Sheep, goats, chickens, cats and a dog live on the farm too and are particularly popular with young guests.

You can also buy home-made products like jams, juices and syrups at the Kircherhof farm, on request. One highlight are the vegetable pies that are conjured up out of the farm’s own vegetables.

Die Loftwohnung hat bei uns allen einen besondern Platz im Herzen, sie besticht schon durch den Ausblick, wenn man hineingeht. Das große Fenster Richtung Osten, die gemütliche Sitzecke davor, auf der man das ganze Hofleben unbemerkt beobachten kann. Dazu das gemütliche Bett, die Küchenzeile, das Bad, wieder mit den besonderen Fliesen. Aber das Herzstück von allem ist die Dachterrasse, die man für sich alleine nutzt. Sie ist vor allem für Pärchen und Pärchen mit einem Kind geeignet, da sie für zwei den optimalen Rückzugsort bietet. Zweisamkeit ist darin perfekt genießbar.

  • Traditional breakfast with products from our farm: EUR 15.00 per person. Breakfast is included in the room price.
  • There is a bottle of our homemade apple juice and a bottle of mineral water in the rooms free of charge. We are pleased to offer a bag of vegetables fresh from our farm as a present.
  • The following additional prices apply with occupancy of more than 2 people:
    0-4.9 years old: EUR 5.00 per person per night
    5-11.9 years old: EUR 10.00 per person per night
    12-18 years old: EUR 15.00 per person per night
    From 18 years old: EUR 20.00 per person per night

How to get to the Kircherhof farm in Albes/Albeins

If you are coming from the north on the motorway, take the Bressanone Sud/Brixen Süd exit towards the industrial area. Then follow the signs towards Albes/Albeins at the roundabout. The Kircherhof farm is situated right next to church on the village square in Albes/Albeins. If you are coming from the south on the motorway, take the Chiusa/Klausen exit. Then take the main road towards Bressanone/Brixen and follow the signs to Albes/Albeins at the roundabout.
If you are travelling via Val Pusteria/Pustertal, continue along the main road towards Chiusa/Klausen to Bressanone/Brixen and then follow the signs to Albes/Albeins.
